Favicon.work is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect:

• Images: All images you upload are processed entirely in your browser using Canvas API. They never leave your device.
• Text Content: Any text you enter to generate favicons stays in your browser.
• Emojis: Emoji selections are processed locally.
• Personal Information: We don't ask for or collect names, email addresses, or any personal data.
• Cookies: We don't use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

2. How the Service Works

Favicon.work is a purely client-side application:

• All favicon generation happens in your web browser using JavaScript
• No files are uploaded to any server
• Generated favicons are downloaded directly to your device
• No server-side processing or storage occurs

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts CDN for the text-based favicon generator. Google may collect usage statistics. See Google Fonts Privacy.
• Web Hosting: Our website is hosted on standard web infrastructure. Standard server logs (IP addresses, browser types, timestamps) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

4. Analytics

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people use the service and which features are most popular. These analytics do NOT track individual users or collect personal information.

5. Data Security

Since we don't collect or store your data, there's nothing to secure on our servers. However, we use industry-standard security practices:

• HTTPS encryption for all web traffic
• Regular security updates to dependencies
• No user accounts or databases

6. Children's Privacy

Our service does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Parents can confidently allow their children to use Favicon.work.

7. International Users

Favicon.work can be used from anywhere in the world. Since all processing happens in your browser, no data crosses international borders through our service.
